Disagreements Albums
Disagreements is a series of three albums recorded by the Bryan Reeder Trio (featuring Calvin Crosby and Will Clark). Each volume consists of three medleys of three compositions, three interludes, and a ballad. Below are some preview tracks from each album. The full albums are available on iTunes, Amazon, and CD Baby.

REeder & Dag
The premise: two musicians rendezvous in a Manhattan apartment.
The instruments: a grand piano, a snare drum with brushes, and one microphone placed haphazardly on a whim.
The selections: culled from The Great American Song Book/Tin Pan Alley canon.
The approach: improvisations sans premeditated arrangements.
The result: bound to tickle an ear or two, outright outrage, or at the very least get someone’s foot tapping.
Bryan Reeder (piano) and Dag Markhus (brushes). These impromptu recordings can be found under their respective title on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and other platforms. You can also visit our bandcamp page for purchase of the audio files here.
AMERICAN SONGBOOK - Select Recordings
The following are select recordings of Reeder playing songs from the American Songbook in a swinging style as a solo pianist, in a duo format with Dag Markhus playing brushes on snare, and in a trio format with Dag Markhus playing snare drum and Matt Musselman playing trombone (aka The Embers Trio). There is much to be admired of the songbook: its composers, its many great interpreters, and the endurance of the songs as ideal vehicles for spontaneous musical arrangement and improvisation.

The traditional jazz band (tpt, tbn, sax, pno, tba, dr) was formed back in 2008 by Matt Musselman. They perform and record the music of Louis Armstrong, King Oliver, Sidney Bechet, Jelly Roll Morton, Duke Ellington, Bix Beiderbecke, and others as well as their own arrangements and original compositions in the 20's/30's style.
Nathan Peck trio
Below is a recording from the bedroom recordings of bassist Nathan Peck. It features Dag Markhus on drums and Nathan on bass.
Paul Orbell Group
Paul Orbell (guitar), Bryan Reeder (piano), Michael Caterisano (percussion), and Will Clark (percussion) occasionally meet to improvise music together and here is one example of that.
CHRIS NORTON
Reeder has been a long time collaborator with and member of vocalist and trumpeter Chris Norton's band. Chris' repertoire ranges from jazz, to soul, to pop music and his group travels the world to perform.
